thats the lordmount that attaches to your fuel tank mount. It mounts to the left rear mount on the tank (as if you were sitting on the blaster). The round part of the aluminum stud goes through the tank into the stock mount and then the rubber lordmount screws into that aluminum stud. that hex...
Thats just the size of the NPT fittings. Just get 1/4" strait male threaded / 3/8" barbed fitting for the filters. Use 3/8" cooling hose, nothing smaller. Here's a edited diagram. If ya have any Q's PM me.
Its gettin real thin at 84...ive seen and read of some people doing it. Personally I would only do it to a motor I didnt have alot of money into and could afford killing everything.
On my setup, both my cooling lines from the pump go into the manifold (without any tee's). Also the rear head cooling line goes to the bottom of the headpipe fitting. The line from the top of the headpipe to the stinger looks good, the only thing different is I have a jetworks flow control valve...

Its a multi-channel total loss (newest one). If everything works you should be able to get $250 for the brain, $50 for the stator plate & triggers, and $35 each for the coils.
You also have a factory pipe water injection system mixed in there. Im not 100% on the resale of those... somethin...
OMG I hate drilling stainless... Dude I had to drill one 1/4" hole through a 1/8" plate and I was turning the metal red hot before I got through it! And i tried slow and steady for the first 10 minutes so I just went to town with a drill-press and barely got through it. Sucked bad!
Anodizing doesnt lift like powder will do overtime because the dye is embedded into the "pores" of the aluminum. Also anodizing won't add any material to the tubes, ie: wont increase the diameter. If anything you might lose some material with re-anodizing because you have to "eat" the old stuff...
Does anyone use something to duplicate the tray area and transfer it to hydroturf to cutout? Ive tried using just normal masking paper but its a PITA to really make it accurate with all the curves..
