Thanks for the info, i bought one of these a while back to install on a B1 but never really got into it. Bought redpipe instead.... I think Ill have another go at it this winter on my spare boat.

Posted it right up, I dont plan on sending anything back to him or lookin for him to make it "right". Who really would do something like this and have a sack to charge for it. Im just posting it up to show what kind of craftsmanship you can expect when sending something to him.

that is correct, also is that salt corrosion on the deck of the cylinder? if so get that all scrapped off and cleaned with some solvent. i would also get those o-rings off and check them thoroughly. At least wipe those clean as well and re-install with a light coating of grease to keep them in...

mine did that b/c of a lean condition. the ski was on a table and the hood was open luckly. I just pulled the flame arresters off and put my hands over the carbs.. killed it instantly.
Got it all firgured out, heh, The cylinder isnt seated entirely on the intake side so it tilted the cylinder along the girdle bolts slightly. Thanks for the help guys!
Yeah I did that first, the rear exhaust corner needed to have the corner edge cut off and the middle exhaust side just needed the hold opened up a few drill sizes. Ill get a couple pictures for ya guys.
