Just now readin this here thread. Yer picks are all effed up brah. Jus sayin...
So I found this pick of yer moter. I don't see them there fittins that you have in yer drawin.
But... yer drawin looks perdy much right two me. You aint got it in there, but I spose you'll have the other fittin...
Paint...
So I painted the left side of the ski black graphics awhile back and hated it. I don't think there are any pics of it, cause its mucho ugly.
4-5 days ago I tried covering up the ugly... Heres a pic.
Well... I didn't like how it turned out. And there are no pics of how it turned...
I don't even know what that means...... Seriously, wtf?
Yeeeeeaaah....
so updates.....
I pulled the tank to hunt down my fuel system pressure leak issue. I think my tank is bad.
So that leads me to either a new OEM tank, or a tiny a$$ kart tank. I'm really REALLY sick of wrestling the...
Short hull + gigantic GD engine... yeah doesn't sound like fun unless you already have the skills to tame the beast.
I've ridden an XFS with a 900 something CC mill and it was too much for me... certianly something I could 'learn to deal with'...
You'll figure it out...
"bob defending" seriously made me LOL....
How about:
Kenny (motoman96) sells a ski-
If he had it for more than two weeks, take a drink.
Less than two weeks, finish drink.
Well, it you go back to the beginning, you see that the whole ski is orange. All that stays. It's automotive quality paint. What I'm adding is rattle can. But I think I can make rattle can look decent, especially on a ski that's just gonna get beat up...
Evar!!!
BREAKING NEWS!
Y'all haven't seen the other side of the ski, but I never liked the paint that I laid down. I put more paint on last night cause it was bothering me, and that didn't look good either. So I just removed all of it, and I'm back to the orange chipped paint...
Video?
That REMINDS ME!
Since this thread is 50% tomfoolery, 38% insults, and 5% build.... and.... I don't really do percentages good.
I wanted to share some stuff with ya'll that I think is seriously funny.
I watch this video EVERY MONDAY. When someone says the word "Monday" I say "Its a...
Thanks!
BTW, I came up with the genital herpes phrase while working on the ski... Cause I was not happy (big suprise? Not so much). So instead of scowering the interwebz for the photo I had in my head... I made it.
Since you're in here... how big is that tank on your ski? I'm thinking about getting a cart tank. My tank isn't holding pressure and I don't think I need one that big anyway.
Do you like it?
LOL... I had to read that a few times to understand who was being a douche bag. At first I thought you were calling me a douche bag, and then I realized it was the coupler. LMAO.....
dragginblazer on here did the 140 swap.
Tom21 is making a pump cavity (and I think intake tunnel) to perform the 144 swap.
I have a 144 swap on my ski (purchased it that way) and the builder used a entire SN intake tunnel and cavity.
Food for thought.
Oh yeah....
Just got a PM that reminded me of something.
To everyone who saw that I was installing my engine with the chamber mounted and didn't have the common friggen decency to say "Hey there Mr. Swapmeet.... That S ain't gonna work out so well."
I must have spent...
The return is long, it comes direct from the carbs to the tank. Thats really my issue. I have splices and fuel line so I could extend and re-route if needed.
Over???? Have you lost your mind????
This is all about the hull. Its getting torn into this winter. There will be some serious "Really" action I assure. I still have to "out" the jack wagon who sold it to me.
The filter is where it is because of the amount of fuel line included with my carbs...
Thanks James, its still a POS... but it looks nice.
I have not, but that thought crossed my mind. I discussed it with Mr Miyagi last night.
I didn't have the energy to discuss last night.
So I have a few gremlins to work out I think. Possible vacuum leak, possible exhaust leak...
Broke the engine in today.
Breaking in a engine (per the instructions) is like 4 hours of foreplay.
You're so GD tired by the time its done... You don't have the energy to do what you wanted to do in the first place...
Last time I was this tired/ sore, was the first time I rode my own ski...
