i bought a carb rebuild kit from riva... and yea.. both carbs open at the same time.. next is this rebuild kit.. and just another thing i blew threw the gas lines a bit.... and got the ski running perfect for like 5 seconds.. than right back to the low power..

But again, it ran fine last time I went out and now all if a sudden it is doing this, and remember a tuned the carb today reallllllly rich and its still running really lean

ok after playing with it more.. here are some more details.. i believe the ignition is firing correctly.. now im not positive, but both plugs are putting out good spark. I have been trying alot of different things.. and this is the one that kinda has me puzzled and thinking this could cause the...

How do i tell what kind of TL it is? i just recently purchased this ski and not to familiar with the TL.. thats new to me..

Finally got a ski after selling my last SJ over 2 years ago.. felt good to finally ride again after 2 years of no riding at all. Hey guys.. took my new SJ out today.. and boy did it scream.. anyways.. it has a MSD total loss.. i was riding it fine for about 30 min.. and then it decided to run like it was bogged down.. like water ingested.. well it ended being (at least i hope this is the problem) one of the spark plugs...

Im looking for a type of plugs i can install on my ski that would alow my battery to be disconnected rather easily and pulled out. This would also allow me to have another batter with the same kind of connector to throw back in the ski if i wanted. The reason i ask is the SJ i just purchased...

I'm def not a noob, I've built a few sjs, just my first stroker.

I talked to the seller he said it has a older able port job, for mid and top end but says the ski will still jump out of the water when u give it gas. He said its built for freestyle, but with me saying that what do you all think?
