This is the front mount plate

Looks like you used the different 155mm pump like those in gp1200r. These pumps are different the wb2, gp1200, raider 1100 pumps. That is why the pump seal didnt fit.

you sure on that chief? The bearings are similar, either will fit the 144mm driveshaft.

He is correct. The 155mm pumps use dbl row bearing in the front and sgl row in the rear.

what yr they start putting 155mm pumps in the raiders

All raider 1100's have the 155mm pump. 701/760 raiders are 144mm.

Here are some comparison pics of 144 and 155 pumps. The 155 wear ring is longer, but the mounting ears on the reduction nozzle were moved forward so that the overall bolt spacing is the same even though the 155 overall pump is longer.

I forgot!
Nice pics and info on the pumps. I remember now that I clearanced the top of the pump to clear my hull when bolted in. I used the same motor shims which does not make sence to me because I would think there should have been a 5.5 mm difference I would have to account for. The pump slide into the midshaft easily and has not stripped the spline in the past year.

I can't be 100% sure on those measurements , like I said, that's not an easy measurement to get with a shaft sticking out in the way.

So has anyone been able to find a picture of the Jet Dynamics 155 pump shoe yet? Also what is everyone doing for tim? My 155 pump came off a raider so it has the factory trim nozzle setup and was wondering if maybe the xmetal trim could be made to fit.

So if you had to clearance your pump tunnel does that mean the alignment from 144 to 155 is the same? Or are they on same centers so alignment is out 4.5mm?

I know that a 144 oem trim ring did not fit any of my 155 reduction nozzles. My pump seems to have bolted in perfect alignment to what my 144 pump did.

what do you need a picture of when it comes to the JD pump shoe?

Mainly wondering about the sealing area for the pump. Stock 155 shoe in the raider uses a type of "press" fit seal without a rubber seal for the shoe to wear ring seal. Also wondering if it is thicker than the stock 144 shoe because when bolted directly into the oem 144 mounting holes on the sj, there is a good sized gap between the shoe and the wear ring

Just got my 155 kawi style maxxx pump with mounting tabs to run a yami style 155 reduction nozzle. Gonna take a lot of work and probably a custom ride plate but it will be worth it. Its going in my GTX-2 with a WDK bottom deck.

So the question I have is... Is the stock 155mm pump better than a 144mm pump with a Solas mag stator? Thinking about trying to squeeze one into an F1 Pro hull with an 850cc. Already have a nice Sato trim, new wear ring, and a 144mm aluminum shoe, but still have to spend $750 on the mag stator/prop. I can get an entire 155mm pump assembly with trim for around $200.

Does anyone have a standard reduction and trim nozzle for the 155? I dont feel like running a trim tube through my hull this year and just want to keep the setup simple

I guess your only option would be the blaster2 stuff for that one. Every other application has trim I think.

I am lucky enough to say I have rode both Droc's ski (155mm with tbm) and BoostedBseries (144mm solas mag) skis. Both have properly dialed in motors and nicely 'tuned' pumps. I don't know that there is any significant advantage of the 155 pump with tbm or the 144mm mag from what I could tell. I think as long as whatever you have is set up properly they are both much better then the OEM 144.
