Freestyle 50cal

Hello, I'm looking into buying my first flat water freestyle ski, and I'm 95% sure I'm getting a krash 50cal, but my problem is what engine I should put in it? I was just thinking the typical 700 super jet but there fairy pricey, or a 1100 zxi witch is around the same price, but I've never seen one in a freestyle ski and I'm not sure about the weight because that would be a factor since the 50 cal is a bit heaver than the pricier skis. I'm not sure what motor to go for or if I should go for a completely different motor? Suggestion would help.

I ran a 701 in my ski for a little while and was happy. But I upgraded it to a TPE 964 and love the power. IMO, I would stick with yamaha based parts, and definitely not go with a triple...

krash makes an awesome handling surf ski. But even their flatwater hull might be a little big if your sticking with a stock 701.

I'm probably going to start out with the 701 just to learn the ski then down the line I'll probably end up with a build motor.
