Freestyle Adjustable X Metal pole lengths. Post them up!

I would like to know what the straight-line measurement is from the center-line of the pivot pole bolts to the center for the steering plate hole is for each of the three lengths of poles that X metal makes, both fully extended and at its shortest?

zzylstra in order to not confuse people that may use this thread as a reference in the future can you please post the measurement stated in the first post.

Dmac80sc great post. That is the the longest pole correct?

Well stock superjet is 38 minus steering, xmetal steering is 2" adjustment, so that makes the pole 9" shorter then a superjet. 38-9=29". Then you have 3" adjustability in the pole so 29"-32" is the adjustable length range of a comp pole

A telephone call and 5 minutes could have eliminated a lot of guess work. I called them last year for exactly this info. (Forgot it since then, though)

Greg at freestyle factory knew exactly what I needed, I told him short freestyle hull and he said I need the comp pole for my style of riding, it came, it is the perfect length.

Matt, I did call and email before I made this thread. No answer and no response.

Oh that sucks. Disregard my ramblings then. I just remembered wanting to know that exact info for some reason last year and calling about it.

Just received the reply from X Scream.

Yes, we offer 3 different sizes of adjustable handle poles. The pole sizes are as follows:

Pivot-to-pivot straight line lengths of adjustable handle poles at their longest point. They start at 2” shorter than OEM:

Standard: (25” core) = 36½” this is adjustable from -2” to -5”

Medium: (23” core) = 34½” this is adjustable from -4” to -7”

Shorty: (19” core) = 30½” this is adjustable from -8” to -11”

I bought mine used.

Is there some type of stamp of mark to indicate standard, med, or shorty?

or Do I just need to measure?

You could dig out a tape measure and, you know, measure. In less time than it took you to post your post there, champ.

That's true...I could measure but I suspect it would take more time for me to measure than to post.

Plus...I am at work but don't have work right now.

You got one thing right...I am a champ:Banane37:
