Super Jet Another wet jet pipe install !

I have a couple sets of these pipes. A Westcoast for a B1 and a couple Wetjet setups ready to be modified for superjet use. Nice job turning the exit nozzle! Does anyone have a diagram for the water line routing on the Westcoast/Wetjet pipes? Also when jetting the carb(s) should I start with similar jetting to what Factory pipes specify?

Here is a completed pic! I took it out yesterday and it rips! Gonna have to do a bit of tuning I think , anyone know a good place to start?

I ran a 120L 130H and 32psi popoff on my 175psi 61x with a protec black pipe. Similar in design/shape to wetjet. Not sure of chamber volume though..
I had 1 turn on bottom and 1.625 turns up top. Stock F/A like yours. You could prob do a 135-140 main , and get the upper screw closer to 1-1.25 turns I'm guessing.. My carb worked great like that though.

Built a ported 735, and using a wetjet 46 with 115L,155H both @about 1.5turns, and 26psi pop off now...

ADA sells a bracket that allows you to use any exhaust that mounts to the head, its like $30 . And thanks!

Had one of those fail (crack) with a red pipe mounted to it. We did have the pipe shimmed and adjusted perfectly on the motor as well. We then had a local machine shop make one from steel...its just too much stress for a small billet piece.

Pipe looks great though man, def gonna give mine a go for one of my builds!

What did you end up with jetting wise?

I am running factory pipe jetting on mine and it runs smooth top to bottom. Tons of midrange and topend but the bottom leaves a bit to be desired.
