B Pipe Water Screw Stuck

I put a Factoet B pipe in my Superjet, and the bottom water screw is stuck and stripped... any good ways going about getting it out?

Weld a nut or small bolt to it and heat the aluminum up a lot.

What i did years ago on 3 stuck b pipe screws, was put the headpipe in the oven at around 180 degrees celcius 30-45 min. Take it out and unscrew the bolts. Mine came out nice and easy.
I would be carefull with the wise grips, they can crush the little allen bolt.
