This is just an issue ive been dealing with so far this season
This wasn't an issue before? It only started having the bog this season and you hadn't changed anything before it started to bog this season?

I have a friend having the same problem with a 964. Ran perfect last season. So far we've....
Changed exhaust
Changed every bit of electronics
Rebuilt pump including fresh drive shaft
New reeds
Swapped carb setup
Pulled head to inspect
Pulled exhaust valves to inspect
Only thing left is crank and wrist pin bearings .
What bolts? Are you sealing the bolts with silicone?
What bolts?
YesOn a TPE 964 you have to put a little bit of silicone on the head nuts/bolts depending on what you have to keep water from spraying into the carbs.

Your chamber might be leaking
Sounds good I'll try it thanks I'll let u knoTake out your chamber and test to see if it has an internal leak.
What if I pressurize through the nipples held 10 psi for 10 minutes that wayNo need to remove the pipe, just cap two of the 3 nipples and put a piece of hose on the third one. Put on some lipstick and give it a big blow. If you can push air in it’s cracked. If it pressurizes and your eyeballs turn red it’s good. I’ve repaired many cracked chambers and I’ve always been able to tell in 2 seconds if it’s cracked by 2 minutes of setup.
