I had an S-10 for 12 years. I've never driven any car harder, more aggressively and gave it more abuse than my S-10. It was BULLET PROOF! The only issues I ever had was flat tires (driver error) and batteries going dead (again, driver error). And I had a 2004 Malibu that I put 174,000 hard miles on in less than 2 years. I was really rough on that car too. I used to tow about 2,000 pounds with it. LOL! Never had an issue with that car either. That's why I'm looking at Chevy again.
