Super Jet cylinder pics 2 tanks after fresh top end

I adjusted the throttle plates in the carbs, put it in the water, and it runs perfect. It's done. Thanks for all the tips.

Crank!

Watch that hotrods crank that you have in there man! i guess hot rods had a bad run of cranks where the rear bearing is failing, jus happened to mine and lost my whole dam motor...could never get it running right, acted like an air leak and it was the crank slowly going...i called around to some reputible crank builders and i guess its been happening to quite a few ppl lately! id get rid of it if i were you! my summer has been a nightmare becasue of that piece of :):):):)! i had it in a 85.5mmbb 61x all done by lammey.

Hot spots in front of the intake ports. Would that be exhaust blow-by thru piston ring or piston/cylinder clearance?

The runaway was a no load and carbs leaned out as it ran out of fuel.

I did not need to hear that after dropping $400 for a new crank. Thanks for the info.
