Super Jet Extreme Heat with a B Pipe

Got a new 701 with ada heads and a factory b pipe.1010816_10100119215812922_1194369758_n.jpg The out flow of water coming out of the side of the ski via that little pisser. There's not a constant flow of water its literally spiting water and steam! Is that right? never had a b pipe before. Also the head itself is so hot it sizzles water. any input would be nice I don't know a lot about this set up

Sound like a lack of water to the motor. Pull the main line coming from the pump and try blowing through it by mouth in both the pump direction and motor. Ive seen small pebbles get caught in the 90 degree barb making the engine overheat. Continue doing so on the remaining lines if that is clear. Also check your water adjustment screws on the headpipe and make sure the top and bottom screws are open at least 1/4-1/2 turn.

Your cooling lines look a little different than the usually b pipe setup if the lines are all clear, try running a hose from the bottom of the headpipe to the head, unblock the other cooling fitting on the head and run that too a pisser, and a line from the top of the head pipe to the stinger with a T to a pisser that's how my lines are setup with the same head on a 61x motor with porting and she runs at just about the perfect temp. My pipe screws are at 1 turn out on top, 1/8 - middle, and 1/4 on bottom.
