OK guys as I was cleaning up the wiring in my ski I noticed the factory foam fill holes wide open. I looked anround to find something to fill it with and this is what I came up with as a temporary fix till i reinforce the whole thing one day.

First. find two spray paint cans and jack the lids.

Second. Get a dremel and cut round the top till your left with what you see in pic 3. 4.

third. Take some sand paper and ruff up around the factory fill hole. Then clean it off with whatever you want. I used alchahol.

forth. apply a bead of 5200 around the edge of the cap.

Fith. Plug dem holes. Add this to the tech section if you want i just thought i'd share what i had figured out. the caps fit pretty good in the hole prababbly about an 1/8" gap around the middle peice of the cap that sticks out and the fill hole.

looks clean, but i would just take some and fill the holes a little and smear it over the foam. easier and you don't really see down there any ways when the ebox installed.

while your in there you should take some 5200 and seal up around the cooling line tubes and the exhaust tubes.

like the idea, everyone has those spray caps laying around...

I wont to do mine again real soon, with male rubber pipe "test plugs".
i been placing surf dent patch decals over the holes,, but they only last a season at most.

mcmaster has these plugs, forgot the hole dia' so dont have part number. but i searched "rubber male plugs" and they are on page 1982

But we're also swinging 100 more CCs.

The bilge is for an engine, not for the lake you damned freestyling water scooterers.

You have to tell yourself that because you don't have it.

I don't need $10,000 more dollars. (See how silly that sounds.)
