where are the rocks? where are the roots and logs and little stumps that reack out and grab you? why is the ground all smooth? where are all the trees that hide whats waiting around the next corner? why are those bikes so clean?

WHY IS THAT TRAIL SO WIIIIIIIDE?

no wonder you have time to look behind you or take your hands off the bars. I would too if my riding areas were that tame. :pokey::lmao:

you know, youre right man. i give you too much crap.

motocross and trail riding are two totally different sports.

i think the biggest difference is that motocross actually requires SKILL.

well when you get some of that skill let me know. I'd like to see it in action. in the mean time... you... me... woods. 3 wks. Be prepared to find out what it's like to ride for real in the woods. keep your eyes ahead and your hands on the bars. you eat a tree, I'm not helping you. I'm just gonna take pics and laugh.

not really. but seriously. be ready. :highhorse:

is that one of those races where you get PENALIZED for going TOO FAST?

:haha:

:laugh2:

:Banane37:
no.. thats an enduro.

HS is different.

and going "too fast" in an enduro is REALLY hard to do. you have to be flying and know all the tricks to get pointed in an enduro.

No manicured triples at all. But I think there might be a few things to keep you from getting bored.

Pose a question to you. How many logs or stumps on your track? Water crossings? Hill climbs (not the triples type either)? Ever have to make your own trail due to a crash or someone stuck? Push your bike out of a mud hole because someone bites it in front of you?

I'm sure you would be up to one of these boring races.

Any other good riding perhaps a few hours south.
I just came back from the Mccoy Hatfield trail system in West Virginia and it was similar riding best I've ever seen

That is why they say "There is no place like home..."

I miss the Mountaineer Pride of the mountain state. Hatfield/McCoy is some of the nicest trails I have ever been on.
