Idok,
I'm wondering if maybe the pump shaft tube had a small air leak in the Rev hull, as that will make a prop act smaller than it's pitched at.
You might go with a 12/18 Skat-Trak and a stock pumpcone with your bored nozzle, and check the pumpshaft tube for any airleak.
I use a A/C vacuum pump and a round disk with closed cell foam glued to it and a fitting to plug in the vacuum hose. Use waterproof grease to seal to the tube.
Note: Must always vacuum test pump shaft tubes before changing prop pitch!

With this vacuum test, are you looking for a bad (cracked/split) rubber isolator? Or just general leakage that can come from also a bad backside seal on the housing or a broken bond/fractured driveshaft tube. (see Pic).

Took the F1 to the local Donk shop this week for a new look.......British racing green..Have some Khaki waffle turf to set it off...Going for a classic look of old Jaguar/Aston Martin race theme

it's a liiiiitle darker than true BRG, but in the sun it should look really nice

OMG British racing green brings back memories to an old fart like me. E Type looks nice, drove one once and scared myself to death. Never seen a ski painted that colour though.....Should be interesting.
Chris.

the color ended up more of an emerld metallic, a bit darker than what I had anticipated but likin' it more and more

just waiting on some padding from HT and we'll get her back together!
