Footholds, carbon fiber reinforcement (hull and tray). going to make a nose peace flush. a nice scheme paint job, block off filler in the hull, filler cap in the gas tank, b pipe, a -2 aluminum pole, umi steering a different chin pad cover, dual bilge, and thats about all i can think of i got my check list and gonna add more little things here and there.

Some people use foam to fill the bond line but I used epoxy filler. I think filler is much stronger. Read up on some of the "build up" threads to get some ideas.

get yoself some cabosil..... or 404 filler from west marine(same crap)

mix it to peanut butter consistency and spread it in the bond line... lay the carbon over it right afterwards so you can spread the cabosil the way you want it.

i should be starting woodys ski soon.. if you want to come over and see how its done i can show you

i should go grab the camera out of the garage.

i put the battery box back in the blaster... the waterbox is in there in the back. footstraps are done.

i started to chop the seat on it. i took maybe 2 or 3 inches off the back.

i bought some marine vinyl to cover it with, but i had to order stainless staples online. neither ace or home depot had them when i checked today

next step is to notch the hull for that wetjet pipe.

as for timmys hood, we had to scrape all the gummy resin and filler off of it... took us all day just to do that stuff

oh and i did brakes on my girlfriends car today too
