Looks like Port A it is. Now we need to get the date right.

The only problem I see with week before is that's the weekend right after a race. Racers will have a hard time making two ski trips in a row. Other than that, it shouldn't be an issue. Of coarse, we can't keep changing the date over and over, and we can't accommodate everyone. Lets give the other day a vote. If everyone else can make that date too, we'll move it.

So far, the location is unanimous so Port A it is!

Date-April 29,30, and May 1: Yes or No

If it's any consolation to those that have other things to do those dates, several of us are planning a 1.5 day trip next month to port A. All will be welcome.

If the cops are a problem in Port A you could go down the beach a bit, just north of fish pass (Corpus Christi water exchange), by the beach access road, it's kinda isolated. Sand may be a little loose and always be prepared for a few screw ball hippies, but other than that it should be good.

Thanks for the info. The cops weren't that bad. they bothered us a bit the first day. I think they where lost.

Yea, Port A works great. Skis, pit bikes, bonfires. Plus all the bars, restaurants and such. I like that its only 2.5 hours away. The surf can be pretty good too. If it's flat, we can always got to the jetty and hit some huge fishing boat wakes!
