I gave it three attempts. All halfway. No trim. Ported 701.
My last attempt broke my helmet, go pro case, cracked the gelcoat on my hood, factory pipe went through the hood liner, broke four motor mounts and munched a dampener. I'll try them again before the season is over, it's just expensive when things break.
Maybe I should jump on steves ski one day too... Hes got big power and trim in a lighter hull.

I've been lucky, I've tried about a half dozen off boat wakes down in Texas and have pancaked every freakin one of them. I was told that ONE time I went past halfway, maybe 2/3 but not a nose it. Can't believe I haven't had any motor mount carnage. Worst think that happens to me is that my battery goes flying around the bilge pinching throttle cables, etc.
