Awesome build! I never realized how much rocker they had until you posted the cart shot.

One tip:
Make sure you have a hood seal installed when you paint the graphics. If not, the graphics on the hull won't line up with the graphics on the hood after you install a seal.

I spent about 5 hours sanding tonight. Also put some body filler on the very back. The plan is to prime tomorrow morning.

Forget it, #1 was not going to work. The tube was too thin.
So on to try #2.

I'm moved by DASA power!
what kind of paint did you go with? I assume you are using the rear mount points for attachment /stern eyes? Is there enough room up front for a bow eye?

I am using House of Kolors throughout. Primer, sealer, base, intercoat clear, accent colors, and final clear.
I drilled those rear attachment points myself. They will just get covered with turf later, or I might glass them closed first. Same with the bulkhead holes.
I figured drilling those points was worth it for the added convenience in painting the hull in one go instead of a top/bottom split.

Looks good man. I like the rotisserie idea and your stand is pretty cool. Did you build it or buy if from someone?

My buddy David built the stand himself from shop scraps.
The rotisserie was also his idea. It's just an engine stand and some creative mounting. He also mounted his own Superjet to another stand.

Yep, sanded by hand. (with contour blocks) :soapbox:
I was absolutely planning on getting together with you sometime down the road to compare notes.
We'd talked about it at shiver on the river, remember?
