Super Jet Mikuni 38mm rebuild kit - parts used?

Contemplating if it makes more sense to purchase items individually as opposed to purchasing a complete rebuild kit. Most of the time, I only replace the gaskets and filter and not the spring arm, spring, etc...

Also wanted to confirm which gaskets to use when rebuilding a set of 38mm Mikuni SBNs. I'm certain I use all the parts outlined in green, but not sure about the part in yellow. Do you use it in a 38mm rebuild?

That's the clear plastic fuel pump diaphragm...
I would go ahead and replace it
The one you actually need is OEM # 6K8-24421-10-00

That is correct, it's the fuel pump diaphragm. The pulse from the pulse line pushes this clear plastic sheet back and fourth and that pulls fuel through the one way valves, you must have it, or no fuel pump.
