1/4 wall 6061 is extreme overkill for that application. .120 wall would be MORE than enough. Save weight and cost.

I like the design though. Seems like it would work great.

LOL, the lighter stuff works great, but can be easily weakened by a dent. I wanted to build it tough and make sure nobody would break their cart. It's more expensive, but worth it IMO.
