The same goes for 38 domes as well???? 91 octane gas is the regular standard gas here in Greece...even if its expensive...I was worried that i should use 100 octane gas....If i find the 44 dual Mikunis used in a good shape to put them on...What do you guys think???

No, that's why I specifically said that the 35's wil get you a little bit more pop at the expense of having to run premium.
You can run 87 octane with the 38's
By the way, your 91 octane gas is more like 87 octane or less here due to differences in how it is calculated in different countries. If you run that greek 91 with 35cc domes, you will most likely blow up the motor. Stick with 100 octane for the 35's.
I wouldn't bother with dual 44's for that setup. The stock 38's are pretty decent.

Your carbs were likely re-jetted when the pipe was installed. (if a riva pipe is anything like a b-pipe).

I'm running a stock 701 with mostly bolt-on mods. The ADA head is nice. The domes can be changed if your needs change.
I'm not educated on the octane differences in different countries, but I have 35cc domes with 190 p.s.i compression and run only 93 octane with a 50:1 mix. Seems to work well.
However, I feel that getting the pump the way you want it (impeller etc..) should be first. All the motor mods in the world won't make a pump work better.

Impeller pitch depends on your application: example: for freeride/freestyle you may want a 12/17
but if you're racing you may want much higher pitches.

Reeds: Just my experience, but I think the stock reeds are pretty darn good. I replaced 'em with carbon fibre reeds and felt little, if any performance difference.

Do the prop as soon as you can, it is a nice upgrade even on a stock motor.

ADA girdled head with 35mm domes is good for your setup, assuming you can get 91 octane gas.

Look into getting an intake grate if you dont already have one.

we have here in Germany ARAL 102 octane pump gas, can I use the 35ccm (200 lbs) domes for my 62T / 760 ccm cylinder?

I have filled the engine area with water and there is no leak at all. Probably its with movement. Do you think that maybe the waterbox has a crack and its causing the problem?? Also here is how the carb looks....

What happened to that carb? Looks like you may need a new one (or two)!

Your waterbox could have a leak. Can you run your ski on a water hose with the flush kit?

brrrrraaaaaappppppp
its ur hood thats giving u all the water bro....mine fills up so fast i always though i had a leak also....its the front 2 hood holes prolly....u can always run the ski on the trailer backed into the water like us tuners do when we adjust the carbs.....that should let you know what leaks....its the best way i know of to see whats going on in the hull without it sinking

looks like u should give the motor and setup a good clean and scrub and gasket replacement....salt/surf is a killer and u want reliablity out there..and this will also make you more comfortable with knowing ur ski and how it all works.....i have been pulled in one to many times from not going the extra mile to help with reliablity....just some free advice bud

I will try to test it like you said and i will see how it goes from there..... I may need to fill these holes....I am thinking of changing all the pump bearings and sealings as well in order to keep m mind in peace...What do you think???

This weekend when i took the pictures i cleaned the bottom of the hull cause the previous owner had done nothing at all. So now its clean. I am thinking of replacing besides the carbs, all the hoses and like you said all the gaskets cause they are in bad condition, almost ruinned.... I am sure that the head in not Riva.

Also the electrical needs to be shortend out and the bilge pumps to work both at the same time( Only one is connected). I have seen some things form Blowsion that i will get.

I will try to clean the engine but i shall i scrub it or the collor will go off???And also i ahve been using Salt away for my PWC. Shall i clean it with that as well or shall i use something else?

I tried to start my ski but unfortunatly i couldn't. So i took it to my mechanic and we noticed that the crank was stucked and genereally in a very bad condition as you can see.....

SO what i did what i though best . I called Chris (JETMANIAC) and i got a rebuilt crank from him together with other stuff.

We will try to fix everything now. Replace all the old gaskets with new ones, the bearings and etc. I hope the result to be good. The good thing is that the pistons are in good condition with no damaged and from what we can see they might be bigger without being sure about it.

I am thinking of getting form blowsion the Dcut ride plate and i want to change the intake grate. What is the best one that i can put? I am not going to use it for racing only for playing (freestyle and freewave). So i want your opinion on the intake grate.

Thanks again Chris for all your help and if anyone really needs spare parts then you have to think only one guy JETMANIAC.....

I'm moved by DASA power!
I would not have a ski if it werent for Jetmaniac, he has supplied 3/4 of the parts on it, including the engine. Great seller. Also I know its silly, but make sure all of your hose clamps are tight! If you have a loose hose clamp on any of your water lines your ski will fill up fast. Make sure your hood seal is in good condition also. I use salt terminator with no problems in 2 years of mostly salt water riding, you can get in touch with ocd solutions for his tidy bilge wiring kit. It solved my bilge pump problems!

The next thing is to get a good slightly modified engine from Chris. And also if i can afford it a magnum pump....but we will see. We will fix everything and i will try to see if the engine area is dry....Do you have any solutions for intake grate?
