Some more work done
I grind down the Rocker from the outside, and fill the Area with some gfk layers. I dont
want to use so much filler, cause gfk layers are a way stronger.

Which of the Footholds u like more? I found 2 things here, that i can use. The wooden Piece is a little bit to big, but i wanne do it like this.

In the back, i just do 1 layer cause i want to close it from the inside and laminate 1 finish from the outside.

Shorting the pole is a very very good idea, Also chopping your hood might not be a bad idea

I did some work
Just grind the Bot and get some Filler on. Now its n!ce and 80 % ok. Its an Mixture of Gfk and fine Filler 2/3 to 1/3. Now i need finish filler.
After that i work on the Front, i make it really strong, so i dont need much filler to make it smooth.

Did some work today. Old paint is hard to get off. Still need some grinding to reach the Gel Coat.
Iam going to close all holes today and work on the back. Iam still not sure about the nose. looking from the front, it looks good, but looking from side, i dont like it.

Got a Question about the Foam under the Tray. I bought Poly foam. It doesnt matter how big the pieces are inside? So, can i make them like popcorn with some bigger parts and lay them into?
I mean, only the area where big pieces doesnt fit...

And, i dont want to run any scupper or sth in the back of the ski. I dont like them. Can i run with 2 Bilge, or is it to dangerous?
In what Situation i will need Scupper Valve or Versiplugs?

Can i go Flatwater 90% and 10% surf without Versi or scupper? Only with 2 Bilge ?

Or is there a situation where i need anything else?

I didn't install a scupper or a versa plug when i refoamed. I did a mixture of poly and 2 part, but i used drains from a sitdown so if water did enter the hull i could drain it.
