I want to run 1 original Bilge also.
I got 3 plugs on the Pump. But i want to run Dual Cooling, so i need the original Bilge pump waterline as 2nd incoming line. How can i fix it?

my rn build im doing is going to have stock bilge with a rule 500 and its gunna have 2 cooling lines with a stock bilge line and a trim line so 4 lines in the bulkhead

Poly Foam from DIY Store.
Iam not ready to fill it. Building the back and the tray area ist such a work.

And iam uncertain because of the edge at the front. Dunno if i shut let it, or smooth it.

Back one step further. First, I taped off the rear part, and then laminated on the inside with 2-3 layers. I then removed the tape from the outside, loose lay away. Then filled the cavities with cotton fibers and laminated over it. Now I have a very good surface with a little bump. Foam insulation comes from inside the cavities. Then another location from the inside then it should be stable. The outer edges I have been easily navigate, so I get no bump, and also outside the fiberglass sticks well.

What is 5200?
Is this like epoxyd or like Silikone ?

5200 is made by 3M. It is a marine adhesive/sealant
