that dude had no shame! especially when he was wearing the black mullet wig and the speedo together while proudly prancing around the beach.

we nearly had a head-on collision in the break until he dipped his x-2. the speedo and the pink x-2 had me lmao instead of shytting my pants before what couldve been a disaster.

In post 200, at the very bottom (the last pic), is the ski that I think should win the "most break downs" award for the weekend. Every time I saw that ski, it was either broke, or on the beach being fixed, or up on the grass hill by the hotel not starting, etc etc etc.
Had to be a LONG weekend for that dude.

At first on Sunday I thought that "dude" with the speedo was a chick (pink ski and all). Until I saw the huge amounts of hair on it's legs out in the surf....then I figured it was either a guy, or a very overweight European chick.
Still not quite sure. Never saw it with it's helmet off (thank God).

bottom pic of post 200 is madscientists x2 and yes, he was having an extremely difficult time getting it to run right. i just attribute it to being a kawi thing. the majority of skis were yamahas, but the majority of skis getting wrenched on were kawis.

All the Kawi 750's around me had electrical problems. Did anyone else have a rock get stuck in their cooling line? I thought there was only sand at the beach. I must have found the only rock.

I got to ride 10-15 minutes on Saturday and continued to wrench on it for the next 5 hours and some more after dinner. Then after accomplishing some ghetto fabulous waterproofing, rewiring, and shrink wrapping, I was able to ride 3-4 times on Sunday for 10-15 minutes at a time before getting towed in each time.

Kawi reliability for the loss!

In his defense Justin brought the ski down not tuned in or broken in for that matter and with lots of stuff left to put back on and finished up.Having been there and done that ,I know sometimes you can pull it off and ride and sometimes you just don't,thats just the way the wave breaks I guess,it sounded like he gave it one hell of an effort though,can't blame him for that!:dunno:

i was checking out that steering setup, terry. very clean, simple, and to the point. nice price tag too.

i wouldnt give him the most broken down ski of the weekend award. he was riding it for a couple hours that i saw. i saw skis that never left their trailers. i would give him the most wrenched upon ski of the weekend award. the dude did not give up!
