I like leg day as well...my legs are definitely the strongest part of my body. (Soccer player my whole life) But I can leg press so much that it really takes a toll on my knees.

Matt you should squat

Yea im going to start doing squatting and dead lifts. My only excuse (poor excuse) for not starting sooner is anyone I train with is whack haha. They dont know wtf they are doing...so I need to find a gym friend who is good with squatting and deadlifts.
 
hahaha thats funny...i'm glad i have my own weight room only for football players. I can't stand lifting in public with all the douches and queeers at the gym. Once i'm done with football, I'll honestly just buy a barbell w/ weights and a olympic platform plus a squat rack and use it in my garage.
 
I've torn my meniscus 3 times, mcl, and acl. I can only do legs once a week or else I am limping in pain from my knee. My knee actually collapsed one time while squaring... Now that was embarrassing
