Freestyle Rad Dudes Product Review of the C4 Chamber By NYNJA

I'm moved by DASA power!
Ok they say it's designed for a 701, if I am running and 850 Dasa motor, do you think I'll still see the benefit? And you an use a stock fuel tank with this pipe, right?

Its going on the 850 and 1000 dasa motors next. Keith is still trying to see what else he can get out of it.

After see what is did on a ported 800 that hits harder then most dasa 850s I cant wait to see what it will do on the dasa.

Any news? You think this will fit in a Superfreak with a stock gas tank or am I going to have to start shopping for jaz tanks? Any news on a Dasa motor, inquiring minds want to know. I'm really interested but don't wanna be a guinea pig paying full fare.

First of all , in the shorft time I rode it yesterday I could tell right away it makes good power .

I have to work on something to keep the chamber from popping out of the headpipe . It never made it more thnan one minute before it popped out . One of the rfeasons the Bpipe is so reliable is because the chamber is wedged in between waterbox and headpipe .
If the stinger outlet was rotated a few degrees forward , the stock superjet exhaust hose could be used . Understanding this is a Blaster pipe , not a superjet pipe so it is what it is .

I used the stock hose and spliced in a section of tube so it would reach . I am thinking the reason chamber popped out is because this hose is pulling on chamber . It needs to be supported off floor of hull and chamber needs to be tied back to motor .

Thaere is no way I would take this into the surf until it is bullet proof . It could stand to have a couple of springs from chamber to manifold etc .

Chamber barely clears stock tank . It clears it but no room to spare . Planned on doing tach test with pet 2100 and putting GPS on it , but due to chamber popping out did not . Last Sunday this ski did 62mph with Bpipe , LTD chamber with Xscream stinger mod .

It is Judge ported 8MM cast Dasa 7 port 862 with massive case porting . in an 09 hull with 140 mag 14 vein setback , novi 48s on dasa intake etc .

Will get pipe secured today and go back out on the water .

Chamber stayed together today. Ran a heavy zip tie round tinged back o an eyelet bolted to flywheel cover. Also put a block of glued turf below outlet hose to keep it from pulling on chamber. Not that I didn't expect it to , but pipe works well. Pulls hard and revs . To rough for tach testing but old tell it was reign higher. Crank wrecking rpms are not what I'm looking for , just good power and this seems to do it .

I have an original tnt SS chamber on my wife's square nose. It's necissary to run these chambers hot or they are no imprvement over a FP chamber. Thats the reason that Tim had the temp sensing water injection at one time. I made a new rubber isolated mount that allows you to rotate it further down toward the fly wheel cover than the standard mount and it fits in a superjet much nicer. It's a great wet pipe chamber...dry pipe replacement it's not.

It fits very nicely in the 08 + SJ hull. I could see where pipe may hit hull on old style hull. Newer hull is wider below bond line. This pipe makes plenty of RPMs. No need for dry pipe. This ski is running close to 65mph. Plenty fast for a standup

Ralph,

Can I take it for a spin? :) Talked to TJ last week about your motor, he said that thing should be at another level now. To be honest, I can't imagine that power delivery in a SJ to begin with, much less at an 85mm bore. Rock on!

You sure can any time. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't even have this motor or have bought one of the other three in existence. Will be sending the second motor to judge soon for lo profile PV update and 85mm setup. The second motor will eventually be installed in Hydro hull if and when the 4stroke motor blows . Due to the fact the Hydro gas tank is behind the motor , I will be able to fit it with power factor pipe with room to spare.

This pipe is awesome. Gonna have to go up some more on prop pitch. Snaps out of the hole hard with strong power all the way to 7550 RPMs. Hit 64mph with a skat swirl. Gonna stick the big hub concord in it and see what it does. In the past it was a couple mph faster than a swirl. Never had a superjet going this fast , and it still has incredible low end . Fun as hell to shred water with. This is the Ski Jeff Jacobs wished he had back in the day.

Also gonna put this on the Dasa powered SXR this weekend. Have no bouts it will work well on it also.

Awesome bro. Glad it is working out for you. TJ is the best PWC builder in the business IMO. People used to laugh when we said we were going to make blasters competitive again...... right up until the band snapped. I have said it many times, I have never ridden anything that had the initial hit and midrange of our old 8mil Judge motors.

Can't wait to get down there this summer and ride with you guys. Once I get my 1100blaster done, I will be good to go. If the 1100SXR isn't gone by then, I will bring that, too.

Please take my questions and comments for exactly what they are.........curiousity!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 850cc 5 mil Lamey and I have had every combo of B pipe in it thats possible. Art wants a SJ mod on their and thats what I am running and I'm totally happy with my performance. However-I owned a TNT for a year and freegin hated it-poor power, kept cracking, could not keep in the coupler. A year later I was messing around with a Blaster mod chamber in a B1 with a hot 730 and tl in it-had a water line pop off and the pipe screamed like there was no tomorrow just up to the point where things started melting. LOL At that point I accidentally learned that maybe a TNT would work if you danced on the fine line of too hot. What are you guys recc for water settings, routing and what have you done about chamber cracking issues, and finally-what do you do about keeping chamber in coupler?

I don't mind spending another 500.00 if it get me one more oz of Hp, but would be really pissed if I went thru the same nightmares as I did with the original TNT.
