Cut the tray out, easiest way to fix and strengthen.

this is in your future

Cut the floor out, then dig all the foam out? Insatall scupper tube, reinforce, refoam and then put the holds and floor back in, fiberglass and turf and brap??!? that basically the rundown?

Fear not the path you have chosen, use the force it will guide you.

If that dosen't work try a large screwdriver and a drill with a wire brush on it lol.

i can feel the force, right on my wallet. .

thought i would share, i thought it was pretty funny. he insisted the foam would dry if i used a hair dryer in the crack. . :/

He obviously doesn't know chit about anything.
Best solution when dealing with those types is to :chairshot:

Sounds like he avoids really fixing things...and just covers them up. Sit and spin. there you go, have nice day. What gives the jet ski industry a bad name is yahoos like that guy. Better get Team Scream to build you a motor. :brap:

agreeed, i just did some mild port matching, bored it out and doing a top end with bigger CC domes, so hopefully it should be fairly straight forward :Banane01: , nothin too crazy unlike my footholds and foaam! :spankme: :clown:

My SXI seems to have some soggy foam from some where.

Barring any catastrophes, I'm gonna run it heavy till the fall... then I'm ripping the tray out and going foamless

i heard of filling it up with ping pong balls once and just putting a drain in it. would that work or have too much space between the balls?

the balls would be strickly for flotation no strength at all. I'm going to make stringers from Balsa wood and wrap them in fiberglass to support the tray
