I cleaned out my PM's and lost the username of a member who was getting a couple sets of tubes annodized black a few weeks ago.

If you could send me another PM that would be great, i want to see how they turned out before I send mine out.

I will call brian for sure if this doesn't pan out, The guy I'm looking for was getting two sets done and was going to trade me a set for my stock ones if he didn't like the way they turned out or if it didn't look good on his ski.

Anodizing doesnt lift like powder will do overtime because the dye is embedded into the "pores" of the aluminum. Also anodizing won't add any material to the tubes, ie: wont increase the diameter. If anything you might lose some material with re-anodizing because you have to "eat" the old stuff off before you can re-do it.

100% right on there!

Everything that I have ever owned that was powder coated has had the coating come off. I will not powder coat anything. I just sent my entire B-pipe off to be ceramic coated. It's a little more money than powder but will last 10 times longer.
