Rrp !

This flip nozzle has only got about 35 backflips on it and it's already wearing out !! Ok guys show me some way to repair it or do I just not use rrp anymore? I know the sport cost$$$$$ but you would think you would get more 1 season out of it for the cost.

Drill it and bush it? Haven’t dealt with rrp trim but surprising it looks like it just rides directly on the head of the shcs, or even drill it for a sealed bearing and replace the socket head with a set screw if the sizes work out like that

I agree with drilling it and using bushings, I have done it on Krash for the steering and trim, and RRP for steering. I just ran out and looked at the RRP trim and you might have trouble fitting a flanged bushing at the trim pivot with it's tight clearances. There also doesn't seem to be enough meat around the screw head to drill larger, but maybe?

Look at the selection of sleeved bearings on mcmaster and compare the dimensions to what your requirements are... ID, height, OD. There might be a way to make it work.
