the only thing with the bmx/mtb stuff is i dont think it will be strong enough, remember a bike wieghs nothing and a ski can weigh upto 300lbs !!

right then, all dry fit done, all mounts done, just need to sort electrics cables plus a couple of other odds and ends then thats it !!

well after a complete balls up with the courier company, i have finally had my stuff deliverd three weeks late, but it all fits fine. the finish on the parts is chunky so no problems with strength. standing on the ski for the first time with the new set up feels good, well over the nose this time rather than standing right at the back and detached from the steering. hope you all like, only one more bit to make then thats it, its going together !!

build still on going, just been piss poor recently, and started a new job. right then, the pics above are for the scoop grate i have to make. mateing the sj pump shoe to the kwak hull, its only part finished at the moment, i still have some grinding and to add the scoop. will update pics as i go. plus i got TL electrics for it and a trim system !!

scoop grate nearly done and it fits a treat !! i have set the scoop to fit the now 3" set back sj pump. and i finaly got the thing weighed today 156 lbs thats with hull,hood,pump shoe,pole with all steering bits inc bars and grips plus cables, turf with padding and ride plate, so pretty chuffed with it so far, the engine with the TL is 76lbs without carbs, but with exhaust and carb mani's, so by my rekoning if i allow another say...... 40 or 50 lbs for pump, zorst, leccy and various parts i could be looking at a total weight between 270 to 280 total
