Yea so I did a little more research. so it looks like you probably have the gen2/newer pole, and mine is the gen1 pole. It's just missing all the fixins. There was a guy here on the x in 2015 who snapped the top portion off of it, and still got around $300 if he did wind up selling it. There was a lot of interest.
Even though others told him that xscream replaces them no questions asked, you just need to pay for shipping there and back.
So I'm happy I can use this pole, just sucks that the two or three sets of plates and bars won't work.
I'm thinking if it costs too much to source, I may just try and sell this pole as is, or see if xscream would be interested in giving a credit towards a new one.
