sweet man im ready to see yours. this was 5 days of all nighters and most of the day as well. ive been down for so long now i had to get it done asap so i could go ride again. i will say it put the sore back in my shoulder lol.

im about to go strap it up, i was just to tired to fool with it last night :icon16:

Nice progress man! Can't wait to get home and ride that thing. Have fun in Nashville too, wish I could make it.

So I'm curious on this...how much harder is it to mount the ski without the side rails? I debated this for a while and scratched the idea because every time I fall off, I put my elbows on the rails to get back on.

Its pretty easy really ,a few peeps rode the SX flatdecker at the Smith lake ride, nobody had a problem reboarding it and its fixed steering with very tall bars.To me it was actually easier to reboard with the gunnels removed.

well i never really used the elbow trick to mount so it didnt bother me to loose them. i either just side mount it, which is alot easier without the gunwals or get on from the back like i would an x-2. just grab the rails and pull it under you. even in your case i think you would get used to it pretty fast.

there have been a lot of board members here ride my flatdeck and no ones had a problem yet that i could see. maybe they will chim in and give there impressions as well.
