300/440/550 SN Rat Rod, yay or ney ?

Just messing with a spare hull trying to come up with some paint ideas.
Since I suck at anything art related this is about all I could come up with after several coats of paint.

Does this work or is it hokey ??


The idea was to make it look like an old Gasser or a Rat Rod. Would need to add some period style numbers but can't find anything decent.

they all look decent. definitely a good effort. if i had to choose id take the black with blue front end.
I like where youre going with it, but I feel like its missing something. maybe just some decals?

No doubt.
I was looking at fonts to get the numbers just right.

Wavy lines don't work on squares that's why I was going for something old. Always loved rat rods and gassers, ad a few cans of spray paint and a spare hull.

Where am I going with this ?
Well, my square hull is starting to look rough and will need work soon. It will need paint but I'm not about to go and spend too much on it. After all, it's a square.
