did some more. (not to much) finished grinding the inside of the hull. to find a large crank allmost under the bearing housing. grind it out put 2 layers of 17 mat on it. painted where i could. removed the foot holds(they fell right out)lol got 2 and 4 lb foam on the way. going to seal the bond line, water line's,scupper, exhaust tube, drive shaft tube.(yes they were all leaking)5200 for all of them.

got started. Waiting for Tim to get here with some fresh razor blades before i cut out the turf. I used a dull one on the underpad.

All done. Wasn't too bad. Those big holds make it pretty easy to turf in there.

You should def hack up your chinpad and make those riser bars fit. They are like running 4 deg bars the way they are set up now.

that hump for the pipe was a pain. had to double the underpad there.

should have altered the foothold there for more room since you lowered the exahust. would have been more glasswork though.

that white in the engine bay looks really good. What was it you used?

no pics but we went out sunday. now i know why plp run a d-cut plate. before the refoam my boat rode nose up with a pro-tec plate. after the refoam its nose in big time. i guess if you want to know if your foam is wet your ski rides nose high all the time. i rode this ski all of 3 times last year. i can tell the difference with the weight gone out of the ass.was worth the work. now i just have to learn how to ride all over again. lol
