you dont exactly get all the way around. Yesterday was my first real day of trying Rolls. We where riding in wind blown rollers. Not huge, but a lot bigger then flatwater. My first attempt was pretty smooth and got mostly around and rode it out, it was the best feeling i have ever had on a ski!!! Following that where 2 more attempts that landed me real skewed out once (pancaked hard!!) and one on my head that left my ski upside down and me about 15' away. Well i was determined at this point and wore out, so i tried again. i ended up eating the pole on this one and since i had lent my helmet to my bud it didnt tickle. I had to quit at this point for my own safety hehe. As i was riding back i noticed my hood. the bottom section was pushed in and top was over hanging. i got it put back with a couple beers a screw driver and a rubber hammer last night. the pics dont really show it well. Just thought i would share my fun yesterday.
