Just picked up this relic yesterday afternoon. Riva use to call these "Typhoon" motors back in the day. They ripped pretty hard and this one is brand spanking new:

785 flat top superstock motor
Kawasaki pistons
Lamey ported cylinder/cases
Dasa 48mm carburetors
Dasa billet intake manifold with VF3 reeds
Dasa billet front cover
Dasa Billet girdled head

I'd bump that motor with some TL and flip, freeride, boat chase and buoy race ad-nauseum. All day reliability right there. Sweet pickup. I miss my Dasa/Lamey flat top BB. Got a steal of a deal and it never gave me trouble.
