reinstalled the lowered exhaust pipe. sealed up with 5200 along
with the rest of the bond line in rear section of the ski
I also filled in the dang groove on the top of the side rails.
I hated that stinking groove!

there was an old repair to the hull on the bottom of the engine compartment
I reinforced with some heavy duty biax.
It isnt carbon, but this is still bulletproof!

I laid up the bond line with 3 inch strips of glass
Then I filled it in with epoxy and 3M micro glass bubbles
This bond line shouldnt leak :Banane01:

starboard bond line set up lie a rock!
port bond line filled this evening
soon time to foam!!!!

starting to rethink the xmetal waterbox
Radney says it wont fit without modifying the box outlet
and everyone talks about how LOUD it is
I attract enough unwanted attention as it is . . .
I almost had to fountain a jerk on a pontoon boat last year, but resisted the urge:Banane35:

decided to stick with the oem waterbox
so as not to piss off any of the lake dwellers
