Water levels in our local lakes are way down this year - my main ride spot is at Buena Vista near Bakersfield, in a good year it is only 7' deep, last time I went it was literally chest deep out in the middle of the jet ski area. Not good for subs and stabs!
Just wondering if water is down elsewhere this year.

I ride Lake Travis and it has been down last couple of years, right now it's like 40 feet below full. Good thing it's still like 100 ft or more in the channel but still sucks we need a sh*t ton of rain

One of the reasons I haven't been out lately

I thinking I'm headed to kings on Friday but I heard its getting low there too

Yeah it sucks I went out there to do some practice on my flips and its 4 ft deep everywhere

The lower kings is done running for the year. Even at the last spot before it channels into the camel for the lake bottom guys is real low. I was out on Sunday and it was the lowest I have seen it in a while.

Water levels in our lakes are way down in my area here in N Florida. Especially in the Keystone Heights area which is about 40 miles south of Jacksonville. My brother has a house on Lake Brooklyn which is no more than a pond right now. Really sad...

Greenwood Lake, NY was pretty low beginning on the summer, but just went up that way today and it was nice and full after a few storms and probably getting water diverted to it.

Ours are down 3-4 feet, but it's nothing like last year. Last year it was about 7' down, but the two lakes I ride are deep enough to still be good with that much loss.

Isnt lake Travis a cooling lake or something? I heard there were multiple companies that pull water out.

Our lakes are way down. Especially Lahontan Res. We're done there this year, it's nasty and super low. Trees, sand bars and all kinds of stuff poking up along with other stuff just below the surface, that can't be seen.

Topaz Lake is not too bad and still has pretty clean water and is plenty deep to ride.

But our rivers are VERY low. A couple are dry for the first time in over 40 yrs.

Hope this winter is a good one! We need it.

Yeah we were sure to pull the wakeboard boat off the dock lift before it got too low this year. We didn't get to take either boat out all last summer wich sucked. I was out there last weekend and the waterline is half way under where the boat would be. You couldn't even get the couch off the lift if you wanted to lol

Here in South Carolina lake Hartwell is down about 11 foot. It has made for a difficult summer.
