Well Brent and I made a Runabout Ramp!! Check out the Vid of us testing it.

Not sure if anyone here knows, but Brent V and myself has purchased the Pro Hydro X Tour. We are hoping to make it bigger and better then ever. Also trying to bring some new excitment to it. This was a idea that we are trying out. Let me know what you think. BTW Im sore as heck after this day LOL. Was a great time

Sweet! It looks as though the V-hull doesn't rock as much to either side as I thought it would. Looked like it dropped on a few jumps, but others it launched fairly straight!

Congratulations on the purchase of the Hydro X tour. Look forward to seeing what you do with it.

Thanks Routs!! we normally are racers but wanted to try to bring something new to the events that helps keep the crowds entertained. We still will have the freestyle comp too.
Hoping to just help all aspects of our sport grow.

i may be off base, but i'm not sure a ramp with couches getting 4-5' of air is going to really amp the crowd. maybe letting spectators bring bb guns and shoot at whoever is in last place would add entertainment value.

or two ramps pointed at each other

I did hit the ramp pretty slow in a few of those shots, I know not much excitment, but this is the first time either one of us tested the ramp or hit a ramp at all. As the day went on we got a little better. Like I said we are just trying some new ideas. This was just the first step.

Lucky!

You got like 3 feet of air that time... Can I try really quick?

You are welcome to come out and try it. I see your just poking fun about it on multiple forums, and not sure why. Remember this was day one trying it out. I like when anyone trys to expand our sport and bring new stuff to it.

Its all about the surf!

Hooligan don't pay attention to the hecklers, they're just messin', you know this is mostly a stand up site. I'm not a couch fan either but I like were your going with this. As an ex racer myself, I've always thought the races could use a little help. Unlike Supercross, after the holeshot, Jetski racing usually turns into a follow the leader contest. I've always enjoyed the surf races myself, with the ever changing course conditions and natural jumps. It would be nice to somehow bring "surf" action to the masses, since few have access to the surf. Sure your jump isn't as extreme as Malones but your comparing apples to oranges as his was designed for more of a freestyle arena and yours to be incorperated into a closed course race. Great job, keep moving forward with this, you gotta start somewhere, thanks for thinking out of the box
