Not exactly gov't employee.....I work for a large government contractor on a very large scale nuclear waste remediation project.
Doing this work takes time, and work is very ..... paced.

$100 is what I would list for.
I think it's a fair price. Ultimately, it's worth what somebody is willing to pay.
