I assumed this was a RIVA but that doesn't look like the case since sending Mark from Riva a picture. Anyone have a idea what head this is?

You believe correctly, oh wise one! These people actually manufactured a well constructed girdle kit. The long studs were 3/8-24, looked like close tolerance A/N fasteners. Seems they never sold very many, everyone was busy buying Riva kits then, maybe because they liked the way
those crappy 8mm studs would repeatedly break. After awhile Riva changed to 10 mm studs, but then the improperly machined cylinder retaining studs would break, resulting in the cylinder lifting and destroying the engine.
That East Coast girdle set up is priceless. I'm using one with a ADA head. Had others machined similar to that for $200 a pop.

Blowsion sells the two piece girdle hardware like that for around $90. I take the ada hardware and throw it in the recycling, absolute junk imo. I use the blowsion kit on the ada headshells without issue.
