Chris Newmiller mcn6 on pwctoday, does some great work. Just sent him my 550 rebuild and it turned out great! He is extremely easy to work with and has better prices then i could find at any of my local machine shops...

We do all our cylinders through millennium cylinder technologies. They use specific machines where all they do is bore cylinders. They are able to hold perfect circle within .0001" . This allows the rings to seal better than having your local machine shops do them. We verified a 3hp gain on dyno testing sxr pro am stock legal race boats solely from millenium's precise cylinder boring. Powerhouse offers this service for $50 a cylinder with custom clearances depending on level of motor mods.

Can do, just finished two big bore 61X and 62T jobs. R&R sleeves boring, honing, porting, and milling all surfaces.
