i thought you lived in hazzard county. my view was like this, ski running on 1 cylinder w/ occasional power of 2 cyl. firing properly for 60 sec. i pointed it twards a wave and hucked it. none the less failed roll, but brass balls to do it on the inside.

#1 dont bring a none running ski to daytona
#2 dont bring a x2 with a 650 and think its the baddest thing to touch water since kantz and jacobs
#3 and any pro will tell you this, you dont go big in the inside its just plain stupid!!!
#4 dont talk shiet unless you can back it up
#5 how did that backie go :smashfreakB:

my ski has bearings not bushings, and i made every effort to back up my mouth!!

down to the very last minute of the weekend. i was determined to do it in full. not to mention that i respect other peps stuff enough to not try it on a boat that i don't own!!!!

I WILL DO IT PASS OR FAIL...............

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG W/ A 650, just takes more effort and learned skill to do the same thing that a 20 more horsepower motor will provide.

don't be mad at me that it was and has been in the 70's all week, the ski is back up and running. we are shooting video next weekend do you think you can thaw out for the weekend and drive down?

Your right, there isn't anything what so ever wrong with rocking the 650 X2. Just don't claim to flat water roll it. I think most of us at this point have ridden plenty of 650's and mod ski's. I know you can get a little power out of them, but I need to stress, a LITTLE. If there is only 20 HP difference, 20 hp makes it like night and day.
I may be the only one to say it, but I know for 100% sure I'm not the only one thinking it. I've got thousands upon thousands of dollars invested in an arm-ripping X2. Sometimes, I literally think it could rip one of my arms off. I don't give a chit if you run rocket fuel 40:1 with magical fairy oil and ask genie to grant you some brap before you go out, it just don't hang. Especially on one cylinder.
I could go on for hours. In fact I could probably highlight each and every line of your posts, and write at least a paragraph or two about why it's wrong and full of BS. Your mouth write tons of checks that your ass and ski can't cash. No hard feelings, but you've had it coming for a while bro. Maybe you'll think about it next time you claim to be the second best X2 rider out there next to Pete Jacobs.

i never claimed that i was the best nor was i anywhere a close second to pete. i can cash the checks and will do so. we are shooting hd this weekend coming up. just maybe i can sway your opinion on the 650. i was nominated for the backy and accepted the challenge with the confidence that i could do it (nothing more) had the ski been running right i would have tried until i went to the hospital or pulled it, thats just my nature.

and yes i take a lot of pride in my ski. i have put many hrs into it and don't have a problem talking about it.

I never said anything about a backflip man. I have no doubt that a 650 can pull a backflip with the right wave.
