Generally speaking adding a head (especially one that doesn't change compression) requires no rejetting. Since you're already a little rich, jet down some.

Does anyone have tuning specs for 62t/61x ported 735 dual 38's?

Currently running 135 main, 75 pilot stock 1.5needle and tried the 65g spring and 95g spring. I'm gonna try a 80g tommorow and a new 1.5 needle and seat. Or does anyone have recommendations on what to run?

looking for some help jetting my frankenstein motor.

Dual 38's are pretty forgiving. Just find specs for a similar setup (there are several in this thread) and use those as a starting point.

I was going to use settings similar to my 701 setup but the guy I got the engine from told me 135 main 120 pilot 2.5n/s 115 spring. I was thinking pilot should be like 70. My pop off was around 20 which seemed low to me

LOL 120 pilot in dual 38's, that's pretty funny.
The dual 38 setup with OEM flame arrestor runs at 55psi popoff. With aftermarkets, you may reduce it down to 30 but probably no less than that.

im going to be running a very similar setup, 62t/62t ported cases and cyl, bored to 760, prok fa's, oem 38's, and a cheater pipe with a fp mani (I know I should have a bpipe im just to poor right now getting married in 4 months)
I found a few posts online with basically identical setups and they were running jetting of: 137m, 77.5p, 2.0 n&s, 115 spring. that is where im going to start at.

feeling like I have bitten off more then I can chew when it comes to carbs but this thread is epic help !

Engine mods so far FB pipe ada head with 33cc domes punching 200psi

Its on a 2013 SJ ran ok the other day, just at extended 5 mph runs it seems to pop n miss slightly
half throttle is sweet no hesitation to full, haven't WOT tested n checked plugs yet... to fouled up on low idle issues

Question ??? Can anyone suggest next steps... was wondering if I just change out low jet ? Or dial up FB pipe low and high screw setting and install 135 jet supplied ?. Just doesn't seem like the right step as its 1/4 throttle below where I have issues.

any help would be awesome as I'm totally solo on my endeavors no one is stand up mad in my area ... Forster NSW Australia : )

Hi everyone,
It would be great if you could pls HELP with an advice since I run out of ideas what else to try.
I've installed a Xscream 865cc kit (Wiseco Flat Top Pistons 90mm bore = 865cc ), played with the jetting but couldn't make it work fine.
Strange but no power in the morning and become more responsive in the afternoon, and there is lack of power on low end.
Ride at sea level.

Could anyone tell pls what would be the settings/mods?
Ballbags, same in my area. None for ths. of miles around, good luck: ).

Not sure if this is the correct place for your post (Matt E?), but.......

Call Xscream. They know their packages better than anyone. If they gave you specs you are likely fighting another issue. If they didn't, you need to start with their suggested jetting.
