Eme cam with hulls and engine combo's for everyone to ride. I spent little time on my ski . to let others ride and test it. The 900 cc power seemed to really fit alot of people who rode it. I am surprised i dont see more feedback from people about the product(s).
I rode a superfreak or two and thought i was going to be shocked with how great they were, sadly i couldnt ride it lie my Aerial. It was hard to prfor me to preload and bunny hop.
tem has parrs 2010 ski molds for sale
We're pumping out a hull a week, sometimes 5 a month. We are very busy with the BOBs, and another reason we couldn't go to Daytona was because of work. About 4 months out on orders just trying to meet the demand. I was just stating the obvious with my first post... We don't personally ride surf, so we aren't going to go to a Surf event all the way across the country for 1 day to demo our skis.
If we made thousands and thousands of dollars on each of these hulls that we sell, believe me, we would have been there with a trailer full of BOBs with different motors to demo, but just like everyone else, we have bills to pay and a job to do. Can't exactly take time off for a vacation during our slow season. How about you East Coast guys coming out West for the Pismo Freeride? Because it's kind of the same scenario.
I'm not dismissing freeriding, not by any means. I'm more of dismissing myself from freeriding. Christian Young is one of our sponsored riders, and he's killing it in the surf. We 110% support him and we do what we can to make sure his hull is doing good. If we didn't care for the freeriding industry, we wouldn't be supporting him.
We're just busy, man. I've been to Daytona for the freeride, it was cool being around all the skis and the chill environment, but our schedules just didn't work. Not many BOBs in the Florida area, other than X-Metal's BOB. Also, there's not many SuperFreaks in the California area, it's just how it is. Plus, we didn't want to make our clients feel obligated that they HAVE to go to Daytona to test out THEIR ski to everyone for OUR benefit. I know I wouldn't want to be in that situation.
And if you don't mind me asking, who's all selling BOBs for Super Freaks? The only one I can think of is Shane, and all I can assume is because he got one of our first hulls, and things just didn't work out with it..
"Freeridings not our thing, I could never get into riding in the surf, done it a few times.. ehh. I enjoy flat water a lot more, but we didn't wanna drive across country to test ride my comp ski for a day, then come back."
It seems pretty ridiculous that everyone can bash the ski clinic about anything. But if I warn people about trinity composites, I get shut down.
BK, last time I checked little D doesn't run the ski clinic. So if he doesn't like freeride that doesn't mean the ski clinic support freeride. When these east coast hull builders actually start showing up to the west coast freerides, maybe then you guys could start bitching
I ask for honest feedback and get a pissing match insted. Nice guys. Grow the F up already.
As for the honest feedback from a few-THANK YOU!!!

I had a great time. Thanks to everyone who let me ride their skis. I hope the people that got to try my new 1200 eme enjoyed themselves. All you really need is Tricky at a ride and you can try pretty much every hull and every motor.....right out of one trailer. Awesome equipment all around. I respected every hull and motor I touched. They all had great qualities that I could see getting used to. Thanks to all the guys who actually do the work for us keyboard jockeys to enjoy. Keep building and keep pushing. I wanted to try Pats 1200 when he offered it for a ride but after watching that guy kill it on his own equipment I couldnt do anything but shake his hand in admiration and respect.
Quit with all the bashing. Owning any business is hard. Hard to stay open, hard to grow, hard to please. I know the feeling of not being able to leave the office even though it will probably help the company grow. All you builders are awesome. All your hulls are awesome. I want one of each.
You know my vote is the EME equipment. Love the equipment and Eric and his crew are worth every dollar you spend. Such a pleasure to work with and be around. I also loved the WCF Vision and think Steve is great. But all these guys are great. Every hull there looked fun and worth every penny. You cant discount any of them. No bandwagon guy here just a big guy that likes being on a near the water and appreciates our sport and the people that make it as fun as it is.
I see your point, but on here DK represents the ski clinic completely. In his posts he answers every BOB question and gives little hints on stuff thats coming out. When he said "We aren't into freeriding", he's including the entire ski clinic whether you think he is or not.It seems pretty ridiculous that everyone can bash the ski clinic about anything. But if I warn people about trinity composites, I get shut down.
