Best twin carbs and manifold ? ?

Hi guys, a mate wants to upgrade to bigger carbs what is the best dual carb/manifold set up for a 62t superjet ?
Have tried search but couldnt rely find an answer :dunno:

cool thanks, i think he's been looking at the 48 power bombs with the r&D spacer and manifold from Blowsion. Any good ?

they are decent but if you talk to ed @ full spectrum, tell him what you are running mods wise on your motor, the carbs will be spot on ready to install and run with no problems

If you want the BEST, then the new dual 49mm Full Specs. are the way to go. And yeah a full set up will be arround 2K new.

This is true! , but just checking out different options. Is the performance difference between the two as much as the price difference ?

Ask those who have run both. Talk to Tricky1, Superramjet, and RiverRat. I believe Superramjet swears by the new 49mm Full Spectrums.

my blackjacks hit really hard .ive tried full specs not worth the money imo. jetworks has it going on .

I hear the 49mm are sweet. Fit/finish and precision you cannot beat full specs. Riva 48's are excelent as well but not as refined as the full specs. That being said both get the job done well.

were they set-up right? if i have tried them as well, first set were all jacked up and never performed, second set was dialed in correctly and gave me tremenous bottom end

. im not knocking full specs. great carb just dont think there worth the money.i rode a handfull of skis with black jacks and full specs side by side i cant tell a difference and a 1000.00 differnce.mine hit hard right off throttle.not saying my carbs are better then fullspecs. but i wouldnt trade them for a set.

If its a non-ported motor running a stock bore. I wouldnt go any bigger than 46mm. I run the 46mm Full Spectrums on my non-ported superjet and they hit awesome. If you are running a ported motor and a bigger bore you would be fine with the 48s or 49s.
