SX/SXi/SXi Pro 16 year old, my first ski!

Me and my buddy are both getting stand up jet skis! so we went to look at one for him today after school. and he got it, it is a kawi 650sx( needs some work, dosent run, but the motors healthy 160 psi in both cylinders. but he got it for 200). and they had another ski, a 93 kawi 750 that runs awesome, it needs a little cosmetic tlc... but its got a aftermarket head, pipe, and air cleaner (from what i could see)! i asked how much they wanted for it and they said 750. i talked em down to 500. made a deposit on it and going to pick it up on saturday. what do you think? 500 sounds like a smokin deal to me... a runner! im so juiced to go get it!:Banane09:

my son? lol im 16. its mine.... but yes i plan on giving it a strip, cleaning it up!

If you clean it up real nice and wait long enough, you should be able to sell it for enough money to buy a Superjet.

Looks like it may have or has an exhaust leak but that should be easy to fix.

Nice find, thats a westcoast head, and as you've seen the Pipe should cost more than the entire ski.

I'm not a fan of Kawi's but i'd buy it too... i'd just flip it LOL... Find some people in your area who ride, and have a awesome summer.

Oh, if it doesn't have one, i'd at least run a pole limiting rope, or make one.
