HOLY CRAP rollers are hard!

A friend of mine lent me his cycling rollers and its one of the hardest things I've ever done. It's not like a trainer at all. I can barley ride for 2 minutes.

falling off is no big deal. we got them last night and my wife, her friend, and I all fell off. as soon as the bike tire falls off of the roller it stops instantly. letting go of the wall is a big leap of faith though.

my whole body is sore from riding last night. I can ride my bike for hours on the road and only minutes (at best) on the rollers.

I have read numbers of tails of riders coming off while they were into a high pace on the rollers. Bike goes sailing across the room!!!!!!!!!

I would love to see video of it when it does happen.
